How long does a custom piece take?
Most commissions take 4–8 weeks from design approval, depending on complexity and current workload. We'll give you a specific timeline when we scope your project.
Where does your wood come from?
We salvage weathered barnwood, timbers, and forgotten lumber from around Wisconsin — much of it a century old. Every piece carries the marks, grain, and patina of its past life.
Do you ship, or is it local pickup only?
We offer free local delivery around the Fond du Lac area. For pieces going farther, shipping is quoted at checkout or during your commission.
Can I request a custom size or design?
Absolutely — that's the heart of what we do. Send us your dimensions, room, style, and inspiration through the commission form (photos welcome), and we'll tailor a piece to your space.
How do I care for reclaimed wood furniture?
Wipe with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth, avoid harsh chemicals, and keep pieces out of prolonged direct sunlight. We'll include care specifics with every piece.
What's the deposit and payment process?
For commissions, we typically take a deposit to begin work, with the balance due before delivery. Pieces ordered from the shop are paid in full at checkout via secure Stripe payment, and we begin your build once payment clears.
